Cancellation and Refunds

1. Order Cancellation

Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Note: Custom-made or bespoke lighting orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

2. Damaged Goods

If a product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or repair as per the situation.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 7-10 business days after approval.
